Schedule:
– 12:30 PM: Report to Band Room, then change into concert attire and prepare for departure
– 1:30 PM: Depart from LHS for Towson University
– 3:45 PM: Arrive at Towson University
– Report to designated location
– Assemble instruments in designated location, then proceed to the warm-up room
– 4:20 PM: Warm-up in designated location
– 5 PM: Performance on Stage
– 5:30 PM: Clinic in designated location
– 5:50 PM: Report to designated location, and prepare for departure
– 6 PM: Depart from Towson University for LHS
– 8:45 PM: Arrive at LHS
– 9:15 PM: Dismissal from LHS
***ALL students are encouraged to pack at least one lunch on this day. Because this event takes place on or around dinner time, accommodations will be made so that you may eat on the bus ride to and/or from Towson University.***

***Because we will return to LHS after 2:45 PM when the buses have left, please plan to make arrangements so that a parent/guardian picks you up at the specified time above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!***
