Rehearsal Schedule — A message from Mr. Martin

All,  
If you haven’t yet noticed, the regular rehearsal schedule has been posted on the website.  So everyone is on the same page, we will proceed in the following manner for rehearsals Monday – Thursday: 

Monday: NO REHEARSAL
Tuesday: Rehearsal (3:30-6:30 PM)
Wednesday: Rehearsal (3:30-6:30 PM)
Thursday: Rehearsal (3:30-6:30 PM)

We will rehearse on Fridays from 3:30-6:30 PM ONLY IF WE DO NOT HAVE A FOOTBALL GAME THAT EVENING BUT A COMPETITION AT SOME POINT DURING THE WEEKEND. In other words, we will NOT rehearsal on Fridays if we are performing at a football game and/or if we do not have a competition that weekend. If I am not mistaken, these sorts of rehearsals will be few and far between; I foresee us utilizing ONLY the following Fridays for rehearsal:

October 2
October 9 

Next week, we will only meet Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30-6:30 PM. Since school starts next week, I think it is only fair that we take Tuesday off so that we may prepare for the first day back to school. The regular rehearsal schedule as prescribed above will resume the following week (Aug. 24-28). Please check your emails and/or the website for further updates. I will try my hardest to get the information you need to know in at least one week in advance; I understand that this is a busy time of year and will accommodate that as best as possible.
