Open Letter to Band Families

Dear LHS Band Families,

In light of the recent news of Mr. Pearson vacating the position of LHS Director of Bands, I want to express that the LHS Band Program has a strong group of core students to carry the band program through less than ideal circumstances, while new students joining the program are bringing renewed excitement to the group.

These students need guidance and structure and are important to me, as I know they are to you.  Please stand with your LHS Band Booster board and as we support our students as we never have before. I am confident our LHS Band Students will once again make us proud during the 2015-2016 school year by showing the community what they are made of.

We wish Mr. Pearson our best as he moves on from the LHS Band Program.
