Notary Available on Tuesday 10/25 for National Championship Permissions Form

 

For those who do not yet have a notarized permission form to attend A Class National Championships in Allentown, Pennsylvania on the weekend of November 5, 2016, Ms. Katie Allen has volunteered to be available after practice on Tuesday, October 25th to notarize your permission form, before the Band Parent Meeting scheduled for 6:30 in the Chorus Room.  If you are in need of her services, please bring the completed permission form to have it notarized, and turned in it to Mr. Martin.
