LHS Band Booster Survey – Leonardtown Band

In an effort get some feedback on your Band experience, the LHS Band Boosters would like you to participate in the survey linked below. The survey is brief (10 questions) and will only take a few minutes to complete. Please click the link below to go to the survey Web site (or copy and paste the link into your Internet browser)

Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and all of your responses will be anonymous. No personally identifiable information will be associated with your responses. At the January Band Parent (General Assembly) meeting, we will dedicate time to discuss the results of the survey and we will be reading responses/comments from the survey to address them. All are welcome to attend regardless of whether you participate in the survey or not.
