Important Information for Events This Weekend (9/25-9/26)

The Marching Band has 3 events this weekend.  Below you will find information regarding each of them.

Football Game on Friday 9/25: 

Dinner Orders/Payment:  Please send in dinner order AND money so that your child gets fed at the football game.

Concession Volunteers:  We are still in need of volunteers for the concession stand.  Remember if you sign up soon, you get in for FREE! Please sign up at https://leonardtownband.org/volunteer-signup/?sheet_id=14  as soon as possible so that we can get your name on the volunteer list.

St. Mary’s County Fair Parade on Saturday 9/26:

Everyone needs to arrive at LHS at 9:00 AM.

Volunteers:  We still need one more volunteer for the parade.  Please sign up at https://leonardtownband.org/volunteer-signup/?sheet_id=9.

Marine Corps Invitational on Saturday 9/26

Departure Time:  Bus is leaving at 12:00 noon.

Volunteers: We still need one more chaperone.  Please sign up at https://leonardtownband.org/volunteer-signup/?sheet_id=17.  Volunteering gets you in for FREE!  Chaperones need to arrive by 11:15 and Pit Crew needs to arrive by 11:00.  

All kids need to have eaten (pack a lunch or grab something at the fair) and be packed up ready to get on the bus by noon.  We will not arrive back at LHS until around 11:00 PM, so be sure to bring some money to buy your dinner.
