We have been offered the opportunity to do a quick, easy Fundraiser for the Southern Maryland College performing arts dept.

They have a concert on May 4, that starts at 3pm at Nancy R. and Norton T. Dodge Performing Arts Center, 47855 College Dr, St Mary’s City, MD 20686

Blue Wind food truck was scheduled….but have since canceled and they offered us the opportunity to sell concessions before/during the event.

People start arriving around 2:30 and during the intermission which starts around 3:40 and lasts 15-20 minutes. Having a few lines (multiple people to collect money) helps. Could maybe get some sales at the end of the concert too.

The college can set up 2 tables and chairs. We could also have a sign with proceeds going to our organization, etc.

Please have donations in the band room by the end of the Spring concert on May 1st.
