• 9:45-11 AM: Trip Prep
• 11 AM: Depart from LHS for Baltimore Convention Center
• 1 PM: Arrive at Baltimore Convention Center; report to designated location (Rooms 301-303), and begin equipment setup procedures
• 1:30 PM: Warm-up in designated location (Rooms 301-303)
• 2:15 PM: Performance begins
• 3:15 PM: Performance ends; complete equipment breakdown procedures, then prepare for departure
• 4:15 PM: Depart from Baltimore Convention Center for LHS
• 6:15 PM: Arrive at LHS
• 6:45 PM: Dismissal from LHS
