8 AM: Report to Band Room (WE & SB ONLY)
8-9 AM: Warm-up & rehearse (WE & SB ONLY)
8:45 AM: Report to Band Room, then change into concert attire (CB ONLY)
9 AM: Change into concert attire (WE & SB ONLY)
9-10 AM: Warm-up & rehearse (CB ONLY)
10 AM: ALL prepare for departure
10:10 AM: Depart from LHS for GMHS
10:30 AM: Arrive at GMHS
ALL report to the Auditorium
Concert Band assembles instruments in the Auditorium and proceeds to the warm-up room; Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band remain in the Auditorium until after Concert Band returns from sight-reading
10:45 AM: Warm-up in Band Room (CB ONLY)
11:20 AM: Performance on Stage (CB ONLY)
11:45 AM: Sight-reading in Chorus Room (CB ONLY)
~12:15 PM: Concert Band reports to the Auditorium and remains there until after Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band return from sight-reading; Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band assemble instruments in the Auditorium and proceed to the warm-up room
12:20 PM: Warm-up in Band Room (WE & SB ONLY)
12:55 PM: Performance on Stage (WE & SB ONLY)
1:25 PM: Sight-reading in Chorus Room (WE & SB ONLY)
~1:55 PM: Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band report to the Auditorium, and ALL prepare for departure
2:10 PM: Depart from GMHS for LHS
2:30 PM: Arrive at LHS
2:45 PM: Dismissal from LHS
***ALL students are encouraged to pack a lunch on this day. Because festival takes place during our regularly scheduled lunch time, accommodations will be made so that you may eat BETWEEN performances at GMHS.***
