11-11:30 AM: Break (Please bring a packed lunch to eat at this time.)
11:30 AM-1:30 PM: Rehearsal at LHS
1:30-2 PM: Trip Prep
2 PM: Depart from LHS for CHS
2:30 PM: Arrive at CHS
2:30-4:30 PM: Warm-up
4:30 PM: Step-off
6 PM: Awards
~7:15 PM: Depart from CHS for LHS
~7:45 PM: Arrive at LHS
~8:15 PM: Dismissal from LHS

Rehearsals and performances are mandatory for students.  Should any conflicts arise, please contact the Band Director directly.  Contact information can be found on the contacts page.
