District IV Band Assessment: Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band and Concert Band

Schedule:
8 AM: Report to Band Room
8-10:15 AM: Warm-up & rehearse
10:15 AM: Change into concert attire & prepare for departure
10:45 AM: Depart from LHS for GMHS
11:05 AM: Arrive at GMHS
ALL report to the auditorium
Concert Band assembles instruments in the auditorium and proceeds to the warm-up room; Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band remain in the auditorium until the conclusion of Great Mills’s performance
11:30 AM: Warm-up in Band Room (CB ONLY)
12 PM: Performance on Stage (CB ONLY)
12:30 PM: Sight-reading in Chorus Room (CB ONLY)
~12:20 PM: Concert Band reports to the auditorium and remains there until the conclusion of Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band’s performance; Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band assemble instruments in the auditorium and proceed to the warm-up room
1 PM: Warm-up in Band Room (WE & SB ONLY)
1:30 PM: Performance on Stage (WE & SB ONLY)
2 PM: Sight-reading in Chorus Room (WE & SB ONLY)
~2:20 PM: Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band report to the auditorium and ALL prepare for departure
2:30 PM: Depart from GMHS for LHS
2:50 PM: Arrive at LHS
3 PM: Dismissal from LHS
