District IV Band Assessment at Great Mills HS (8 AM-3:10 PM)–WE, SB & CB ONLY
9:45AM: Report to Band Room, then change into concert attire and prepare for departure
10:45AM: Depart from LHS for GMHS
11:05AM: Arrive at GMHS
-ALL report to the auditorium.
-Concert Band assembles instruments in the auditorium and proceeds to the warm-up room; Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band remain in the auditorium until the conclusion of Concert Band’s performance.
11:15AM: Warm-up in Band Room (CB ONLY)
12PM: Performance on Stage (CB ONLY)
12:30PM: Concert Band reports to the auditorium and remains there until the conclusion of Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band’s performance; Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band assemble instruments in the auditorium and proceed to the warm-up room.
12:30PM: Warm-up in Band Room (WE & SB ONLY)
1:30PM: Performance on Stage (WE & SB ONLY)
2PM: Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band report to the auditorium
2:45PM: ALL prepare for departure.
2:55PM: Depart from GMHS for LHS
3:15PM: Arrive at LHS
3:25PM: Dismissal from LHS

***ALL students are encouraged to pack a lunch on this day. Because festival takes place during our regularly scheduled lunch time, accommodations will be made so that you may eat BETWEEN performances at GMHS.***

***Because we will return to LHS after 2:45 PM when the buses have left, please plan to make arrangements so that a parent/guardian picks you up at the specified time above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!***
