Pit Crew: Please arrive at LHS by 7:00 PM
Students: Please arrive at LHS at 1:45 PM (unless you are scheduled for event set up)
Schedule:
9-11 AM: Event Setup
1:45 PM: Report to LHS
1:45-3 PM: Warm-up/Rehearse
3 PM: Change into Uniform
~3:30 PM: March to Stadium
~3:45-3:50 PM: Perform National Anthem
~4:10 PM: March to Band Room
4:25-4:55 PM: Break (Dinner can be bought from the concession stand)
5:15-7:15 PM: Warm-up
7:15 PM: Step-off
7:45 PM: Awards
~8:15 PM: March to Band Room
~8:30-9:45 PM: Event Breakdown
~9:45 PM: Dismissal from LHS
