Three Ways to Help with the Basket and Bag Bingo Fundraiser

We are a little more than three weeks away from our Basket and Bag Bingo Fundraiser and we need your help

1. Spread the word about the fundraiser.

Our fundraiser will take place April 22 at the Elks Lodge in California, MD. Please see the flyer for full details – feel free to print the flyer and distribute/post to help us advertise!

2. Sponsor a basket

We only have 2 basket sponsors and we have 18 to go!!!  We have identified the sponsorship levels for our families. Families may sponsor baskets – this spreadsheet gives the different basket names and suggested donation amounts for each basket. Your name will be displayed as the donor for the basket at the event. To select a basket to sponsor, please email bingocoordinator@leonardtownband.org with the name of the basket(s) you would like to sponsor, and send a check in made out to the LHS Band Boosters to Mr. Martin, Biz Lynch, or Alexis Paul.

3. Volunteer to help at the event

There are 17 open positions to sign up to help.  Students and adults are welcome to sign up for any task.  You can access the sign up here: https://leonardtownband.org/volunteer-signup/?sheet_id=31

We will be hosting a meeting on Monday 2 April 2018 at the LHS Band room starting at 5:30 PM.  If you are able to help in any way, please join us at the meeting.
