Football Game Dinners for Marching Band Kids
Marching Band Parents –
After each halftime show, the band kids are welcome to stop by the concession stand and pick up their pre-ordered/pre-paid dinner. This makes is easy for them and you (no need to remember money, and carry it, or lose it – especially considering their uniform pants don’t have pockets) and it ensures the kids get fed. This also prevents them from having to stand in the long lines that form during half time. We will take dinner orders/payment for each game after practice on the Wed and Thu before each game, HOWEVER you can also pre-order/pre-pay for the ENTIRE season in one easy payment! This ensures your child is covered for ALL FIVE football games, AND there is no need for you to remember to send them with money week after week after week.
Our regular food/prices are attached as is an order form for all five games. The combo meals are your best deal since they are already discounted. You can also pre-order/pre-pay for any combination of food that we offer.
Please put payment and order form in an envelope and give the envelope to either Mr. Martin or Mrs. Paul. Whether you’re paying for the meals on a game by game basis or for the football season (entire or partial), the deadline for the orders and payment (check or cash) is the Thursday before each game. This week’s deadline is Thursday September 3rd. If paying by check, please make it out to LHS Band Boosters.
