9:15 AM: Begin equipment break-down procedures, then depart from LHS for the Fairgrounds
9:30 AM: Arrive at the Fairgrounds, and begin equipment set-up procedures
10:10 AM: Performance begins
10:35 AM: Performance ends; begin equipment break-down procedures, then depart from the Fairgrounds for LHS
~11:15 AM: Arrive at LHS/Dismissal from LHS
